FOR BUYERS:
*Submit a completed background check form. No fee is required to process the background check for buyers. 
*Submit a completed FCC application.

FOR SELLERS:
*List your home by owner or with a licensed Realtor. 
*Notify the Gatehouse of the listing agent and their contact information. 
*Adhere to all rules regarding signage and calling in showings to the Gatehouse. 
*Once the home is under contract submit Notice of New Contract form to FCC along with a copy of the fully executed sales contract. 
*Share the governing documents with buyer upon signing contract.

FOR RENTERS PLANNING TO VACATION IN FIDDLESTICKS (TENANT):
*Submit a completed background check form and $100 per adult living in the proposed rental unit.
*Submit all paperwork to have privileges at Fiddlesticks or submit form that acknowledges you will not use amenities while renting.
