Rental Policy


Renting is a perfect way to experience the Fiddlesticks community before making the decision to purchase a home, condo or Non-Resident Equity membership. There is a three-time limit on renting at Fiddlesticks with golf privileges.

RENTAL POLICY
 
Option 1:
The monthly charge for Full Privileges is $1186.14 per month, per family (as defined in Fiddlesticks By-laws) plus a one-time $500 refundable deposit on renter’s clubhouse account. The renter will have unlimited golf, tennis, fitness, pool and dining privileges; tee times may be made up to 5 days in advance. Cart fees of $22.75 pp apply. Guests of renters pay $95 plus cart in season. Renters may not use lessor’s cart. DUES ARE NOT PRO-RATED.
 
Option 2:
The monthly charge for Social Renter is $424 per month, per family (as defined in Fiddlesticks By-laws) and a $500 refundable deposit on renter’s clubhouse account. DUES ARE NOT PRO-RATED.
 
The minimum stay for an equity transfer is 30 days.
 
Scenario 1 Full Privileges:
A couple with children (under 25 and full-time students) rent Unit A for a month. They pay $1186.14 per month for use of the amenities and a one-time $500 refundable clubhouse deposit. (If the children are over 25, they will be charged the Equity Guest rate.) Each additional month add $1186.14.
Total due from couple for one month: $1686.14/for subsequent months $1186.14
 
Scenario 2 Full Privileges:
Two couples rent Unit A for a month. Each couple pays $1186.14 per month for use of amenities and a one-time $500 refundable clubhouse deposit. Each additional month add $1186.14.
Total due from each couple for one month: $1686.14/for subsequent months $1186.14
 
Scenario 3 Full Privileges:
Four single men rent Unit A for a month. Each pays $1186.14 per month for use of amenities and a one-time $500 refundable clubhouse deposit. Each additional month, add $1186.14 per individual.
Total due from each man for one month: $1686.14/for subsequent months $1186.14
 
Scenario 4 Social Renter:
Scenarios 1-3 apply except substitute pricing of $424 social dues and a one-time $500 refundable clubhouse deposit. Total due from each couple or each individual is $924 for one month/$424 for subsequent months.
