Resident & Non-Resident Equity Membership



At Fiddlesticks Country Club, every resident is an Equity Member with an equal interest in the pride and care of this treasure. Comprised of approximately 600 households, Fiddlesticks is member owned, operated and totally solvent. There is also an opportunity for non-residents to be a full equity member by purchasing a Non-Resident Equity Membership, of which only 25 are available at any given time. Resident Equity Membership
Resident Equity Membership is for those who own property within the Fiddlesticks community. This preeminent membership entitles the member to the full use of all golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the club, plus a seven-day advance sign up privilege to reserve tee times and the right to own a cart.

Non-Resident Equity Membership  
Non-Resident Equity Memberships apply to those members who purchase a full equity membership but wish to reside elsewhere. The features and benefits, rights and privileges, as well as the fees and dues, are exactly the same as a resident member. Non-Resident Equity dues are subject to 6% Florida sales tax. Non-Resident Equity Members may transfer to Resident status without incurring any transfer fees.

Fees/Dues for Resident and Non-Resident Equity Membership
$81,000 Equity – 80% refundable, plus 25% of any appreciation between paid-in equity and current rate when property sells. Assessments added to the equity fee are 100% refundable.
Includes Sewer, Common Areas, 24 Hour Roving Security, Golf, Tennis, Clubhouse, Fitness, Junior Olympic Pool, Littlestix Playground.

$788 per month/operating fund
$120 per month/capital fund
Total combined is $919 per month

Combined fees of $9,588 + $1,440 equals $11,028 for the fiscal year. (Non-Resident Equity add 6% tax for a total of $11,603.28) 

One-time real estate transaction fee of $500 due upon closing. (Resident Equity only)

$1,600 per fiscal year food minimum (October 1 through September 30). All food and beverages (including alcohol) purchased from the snack bar, club social events, a la carte dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner), private parties and carry out are included. Tournaments are not included. 

Cart owners pay a trail fee of $1850 (plus 6% tax of $111) per year for a total of $1,961.00
