Equity Fee

$81,000 due in full to club upon closing – 80% refundable ($64,800) plus 25% of any increase in equity fee when you sell

Assessments added to the equity fee are 100% refundable


Example: buy in at $81,000, equity fee increases $9,000 to $90,000

Refund: $64,800 plus $2,250 (25% of $9,000) = $67,050

 

Dues

$919 per month ($799 operating fund + $120 capital fund)

Total for year $11,028

Includes Sewer, Common Areas, 24 Hour Roving Security, Golf, Tennis, Clubhouse, Fitness, Junior Olympic Pool, Littlestix Playground

 

Food & Beverage Minimum

$1,600 per fiscal year (October 1 through September 30)

All food and beverage (including alcohol) purchased from the snack bar, club social events, a la carte dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner), private parties and carry out are included. Tournaments are not included.

 

Cart Owners

Trail fee of $1,850 per year plus 6% tax ($111)for a total of $1,961

 

 



NON-RESIDENT EQUITY MEMBERSHIP
All the same fees, dues and privileges as a resident member, except for ability to own a cart. Cap of 25 available.
