NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIPS GOLF Family or Single. One year non-renewable membership includes all golf, fitness center, tennis and clubhouse privileges. Dues--$11,603.28/year ($9,588 operating fund + 6% tax $575.28; $1,440 capital fund). F&B minimum $1,600 (see terms above). TENNIS Individual & Family. Includes year-round tennis with dining privileges. No golf or fitness. Dues--$1,272/year family ($1,200 + 6% tax $72) or $1,007/year individual ($950 + 6% tax $57). No F&B minimum. SOCIAL Individual & Family. Includes all tennis and clubhouse privileges, summer golf May 15–Oct. 15 for reciprocal fee. No reciprocal privileges at other clubs. Dues--$2,517.50/year family ($2,375 + 6% tax $142.50) or $1,881.50 individual ($1,775 + 6% tax $106.50). F&B minimum $1,600 (see terms above). ASSOCIATE Allows Equity property owners who sell property 1 year to repurchase without penalty. Assessments added to the Equity fee are 100% refundable. Dues--$966.94/month ($799 operating fund + 6% tax $47.94; $120 capital fund). Total for year $11,603.28. F&B minimum $1,600 (see terms above). LEGACY For Equity members who have lived at Fiddlesticks a minimum of 10 years and are at least 65 years of age. Must reside outside of FCC. Full use of all amenities. No green fee, pay cart fee. Dues--$487.47/month ($399.50 operating fund +6% tax $23.97; $60 capital fund). Total for year $5,849.64. F&B minimum $1,600 (see terms above).
